Sangha Monthly Meditation Series
Wed. 9/2 @ 6:30 - 7:45 pm:
As we move into September and summer begins to fade, the days grow shorter, the air becomes cooler, and life gradually returns to the rhythms of work and school. This natural transition invites us to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves.
Join us for this month's Sangha as we explore how these seasonal shifts influence our own inner rhythms. Together, we'll consider how aligning with the changing season can help cultivate greater physical, emotional, and spiritual resilience.
The evening will include a short Dharma talk followed by a guided, body-centered meditation using progressive relaxation. This practice offers an opportunity to settle deeply into the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your own natural rhythm.
All are welcome. Must pre-register.

Core Aligned Vinyasa
Every Friday starting 9/18 @ 6:45-7:45 am:
A vinyasa class focused on building inner strength through connection, alignment, and stability. We'll explore the core as more than just the abdominal muscles—working with the bandhas, the body's subtle anchor points or energetic "locks." Rooting into these anchors builds stability from the inside, supporting how we move, balance, and breathe.
Through intentional movement and foundational core work, we'll practice finding these points of connection before adding movement and strength. Expect a mindful, steady flow that challenges your stability while keeping the body connected to the breath.
Come wake up your body, find your anchor, and leave feeling strong from the inside out.
In this practice, we explore:
- What holds us steady— in the body, and in daily life?
- The bandhas as anchor points— where we root, ground, and connect.
- How the core works as an anchor, not just a muscle group.
- From that anchor, movement begins— and strength follows. All are welcome. Must pre-register.

Sunday Service: Ayurveda, Yoga & the Rhythms of Nature
Sun. 9/20 @ 12:00–1:15 pm
Ayurveda is the science of living, and it teaches us that our bodies and minds are connected to the rhythms of nature.
By cultivating awareness of these rhythms and incorporating some simple practices, we can have better physical, mental and spiritual health. As the seasons change, our bodies and minds are impacted, so the Fall Equinox is a special time to start incorporating some seasonal changes in your daily routine to keep yourself in balance as the cooler season moves in.
Doing this will keep our bodies and minds more resilient.
Class will include a lecture, a meditation, a self-assessment/reflection and some practical advice to nurture the balance that resides within.
All are welcome. Must pre-register.

Balance Point: A Fall Equinox Yin & Sound Journey
Tue. 9/22 @ 6:30-8:30 pm
On the autumn equinox, day and night stand in perfect balance—a single held breath before the earth tips toward the dark half of the year. This is the season of the lungs and large intestine: the sacred work of drawing in, and letting go.
Join Sarah and Jen for an evening of deep rest at this turning point. Sarah will guide a slow, grounding Yin practice—long-held floor postures with gentle twists and pranayama to open the chest, release what the summer no longer asks us to carry, and settle the body toward stillness. Woven throughout, Jen plays crystal singing bowls, letting their resonance wash through the room and carry you deeper into stillness.
Come as you are. Find beauty in release and leave lighter, quieter, and gathered back to yourself—ready to meet the darker season with an open, steady heart.
Mats, blankets, bolsters, and all props provided. No experience necessary.
All are welcome. Must pre-register.
