the sacred mother: a night of nourishment

As we explore the Mother archetype throughout the month of May, we invite you into a special evening devoted to rest, care, and deep replenishment.

The energy of the Mother is the energy of nourishment— the one who holds, soothes, and restores.  In our busy lives, many of us spend so much time giving that we rarely allow ourselves to truly receive.

This evening is an invitation to do just that.

You might bring your mother, share the experience with a daughter or close friend, or simply come on your own as a way to treat yourself to a night of intentional care.

We will begin by settling into the space with oracle cards and a gentle essential oil anointing.  From there, we’ll move through a slow, restorative evening flow designed to soften the body and quiet the nervous system.

Once the body has unwound, we’ll transition into a heart-opening breath practice, followed by a long, immersive crystal bowl sound bath where you can simply lie back and receive.

Each guest will also take home a small curated gift bag featuring offerings from members of our community— simple items chosen to support grounding, rest, and self-care beyond the evening.

We’ll close the night with tea and treats, allowing time to savor the calm and connection created together.

If the Mother archetype teaches us anything, it’s the importance of nourishment— not only for others, but for ourselves.

We hope you’ll join us for this special night of restoration.

Wed. 5/27 @ 6:30 - 8 pm: Low Back Reset: Release, Strengthen & Restore

Relieve pain, restore alignment, and rediscover ease in your spine.

Low back pain is incredibly common, but it rarely comes from the back itself.

More often it’s the result of tight hips, weak glutes and core muscles, long hours sitting, and nervous system tension that causes the body to brace and compress the spine.

In this special Ocean Bliss pop-up, we’ll explore a thoughtful blend of yoga, Pilates-inspired core work, functional mobility, and nervous system relaxation to help restore ease and support to the lower back.

This intelligently sequenced class will guide you through practices that:

• strengthen the deep core muscles that protect the spine

• release tension in the hips and surrounding tissues

• decompress the lumbar vertebrae

• improve posture and movement patterns

• calm the nervous system and reduce pain sensitivity

Expect a supportive and educational experience with plenty of options and props so every body can participate comfortably.

We’ll close the evening with a deeply restorative sound bath savasana, allowing the body to integrate the work and settle into a state of profound relaxation.

Tea, essential oils, oracle cards, and the warmth of community will round out the evening.

Leave feeling longer, lighter, and more supported in your body.

Open & expand: heart opening & balance flow

This 90 minute workshop is a deep dive into the art of creative and expansive movement through a precision-based, alignment-forward vinyasa flow. Rooted in intentional sequencing, each transition is thoughtfully designed to build strength, stability, and openness throughout the body.

While exploring heart-opening backbends, we’ll also focus on active hip integration and balance— creating a practice both grounding and elevating. Expect targeted work in shoulder stability, hip mobility, and standing balance, all woven together through seamless, creative transitions that allow each posture to naturally evolve into the next.

This is a practice of both expansion and control— opening the front body while cultivating strength and awareness in the back body and legs.

Through breath-led movement and refined alignment, you’ll develop the stability to support deeper expression, leaving you feeling open, steady, and fully connected to your practice.

Date: Wednesday, 5/6 @ 6:30 - 8 pm

yoga system reset: Gentle Yoga, Breathwork, & Yoga Nidra

Ground, breathe, be.

Join Kathy Pastina (@ktimo60yoga) for a deeply nourishing evening designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore inner balance.

We will begin with gentle yoga inspired by the Tibetan healing practice of Nejang, a subtle yet powerful tradition that uses mindful movement to support the flow of energy through the body. These slow, intentional movements help release held tension and open pathways for physical, emotional, and energetic healing.

From there, we’ll move into guided breathwork and visualization practices to soften the body and quiet the mind, preparing us for the heart of the evening.

The workshop concludes with an extended Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)—a deeply restorative meditation that guides you into the peaceful space between waking and sleeping. In this state of conscious rest, the body can release deeply held stress while the mind settles into clarity and calm.

Throughout the evening, Kathy will weave in poetry, essential oils, and Reiki energy to deepen the experience.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected to your inner stillness.

All levels welcome.

Each participant will also receive a small gift of essential oil and tea to continue the sense of calm at home.
