gentle foundations

A slower-paced class designed to build strength, stability, and confidence through the fundamentals of yoga.

This practice focuses on breath awareness, thoughtful transitions, and clear alignment. Movements are intentional and accessible, with time to understand proper technique and develop balance, mobility, and control.

Ideal for beginners, those returning to practice, or anyone who prefers a steady, supportive pace.

mindful yoga flow

An intelligently sequenced vinyasa practice designed to build strength, mobility, and control.

This class emphasizes proper alignment and structural integrity so you can move efficiently and progress safely over time. Expect focused warm-ups, sun salutations, standing work, balance, core integration, backbends, hip opening, and optional inversions or arm balances.

Clear cueing and thoughtful modifications are offered throughout. Best suited for students with some yoga experience who are ready to refine and deepen their practice.

yin yoga

A slow, meditative practice designed to restore balance in both body and mind.

Yin targets the deeper connective tissues through passive, longer-held postures, allowing tight areas to gradually release. Muscles stay relaxed while poses are held for several minutes, creating space in the joints and improving overall mobility.

This class is especially beneficial for those who are physically active, strength training, running, or simply feeling tight from daily life. It also serves as a powerful counterbalance to faster-paced movement and high-stress routines.

Expect stillness, steady breath, and deep, therapeutic release.

Aligned vinyasa

A thoughtfully paced vinyasa practice that emphasizes precision, structure, and intelligent movement.

This class focuses on how the body moves within each posture, helping students refine alignment, build stability, and develop a deeper understanding of their practice. Expect clear guidance, intentional sequencing, and time to explore the mechanics of foundational poses.

While the class flows with the breath, transitions are approached with care so students can strengthen proper technique, prevent injury, and move with greater efficiency over time.

Ideal for students who want to deepen their practice, improve alignment, and build strength through mindful, well-structured movement.

pilates

A focused, low-impact strength practice centered on core control, alignment, and muscular balance.

This structured system builds deep stability, improves posture, and enhances mobility through precise, controlled movement paired with intentional breath. Pilates targets the smaller stabilizing muscles that support the spine and joints— helping you move more efficiently in both yoga and everyday life.

Expect thoughtful sequencing, clear technique, and a strong, steady burn.

Open to all levels. Modifications are offered throughout.

connected BODY

A dynamic, breath-driven practice designed to improve mobility, core stability, and overall resilience.

This class blends traditional yoga postures with targeted fascial work and subtle lymphatic activation to release tension, enhance circulation, and support recovery. Movement is intentional and fluid, with an emphasis on inner core strength and nervous system regulation.

Expect smart sequencing, accessible options, and the freedom to adjust intensity based on your energy that day.

You’ll leave feeling clear, refreshed, and reconnected to your body.

soften + settle

A soothing practice to restore harmony within body, mind, and spirit.

Through mindful movement, conscious breath, guided meditation, and a practice that may include gentle yin and restorative poses, this class nurtures your nervous system— inviting it to shift from stress to serenity.

As you slow down and turn inward, you’ll create space to soften, release tension, and reconnect with the body’s natural capacity to regulate, heal and return to balance.

Ending with a long, nourishing savasana, you’ll leave feeling grounded, centered, and at peace within yourself— ready to take on the days ahead with greater ease.

children’s yoga

A weekly class introducing young yogis to movement, breath, and mindfulness in a playful and supportive environment.

Through age-appropriate sequences, games, music, and storytelling, children learn foundational poses, simple breathing techniques, and tools for focus and emotional regulation. The practice supports balance, coordination, strength, and body awareness while encouraging confidence and creativity.

Drop-off class. Designed for children ages 4 and up.

cHAIR ASSISTED ALIGNMENT YOGA

In this unique practice, the chair becomes a supportive prop—much like a wall or block—helping students explore yoga postures with greater stability, clarity, and confidence.

We begin seated, using the chair for gentle breathing, side stretches, twists, and hip opening movements that gradually awaken the body. From there, the practice slowly rises to standing through chair pose.

Once standing, the chair continues to offer support for balance and alignment in poses such as warriors, lunges, forward folds, and tree pose. Blocks, straps, and other props may also be used to help each student find their most supportive and effective expression of the posture.

The class finishes by returning to the chair for grounding stretches and a quiet closing breath.

This thoughtful practice is ideal for anyone who appreciates extra support, careful alignment, and a slower, intelligent progression into standing yoga.

Limited to 8 students.

This weekly class begins on 5/15/26.

We’ll close with a nourishing savasana so you can slow down, breathe deeply, and carry that Sunday ease with you into the week ahead.

Grounded flow

A steady, breath-centered yoga practice to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

We begin with a few quiet moments to arrive and connect with the breath before moving through a mindful flow that links breath and movement.

Creative use of props— including blocks, straps, and the wall— makes the practice supportive and accessible for every body.

We close with breathwork and restful savasana, leaving you feeling steady, centered, and renewed.

Core Aligned Vinyasa

A vinyasa class focused on building inner strength through connection, alignment, and stability. We'll explore the core as more than just the abdominal muscles—working with the bandhas, the body's subtle anchor points or energetic "locks." Rooting into these anchors builds stability from the inside, supporting how we move, balance, and breathe.

Through intentional movement and foundational core work, we'll practice finding these points of connection before adding movement and strength. Expect a mindful, steady flow that challenges your stability while keeping the body connected to the breath.

Come wake up your body, find your anchor, and leave feeling strong from the inside out.

In this practice, we explore:
- What holds us steady— in the body, and in daily life?
- The bandhas as anchor points— where we root, ground, and connect.
- How the core works as an anchor, not just a muscle group.
- From that anchor, movement begins— and strength follows.

Come as you are, move with your breath, and leave feeling centered, energized, and connected.

Bring your journal if you’d like, or simply take a few moments to reflect, practice gratitude, and set an intention for the day ahead.
