Open Flow is open to students who have practiced yoga, focusing on the breath and alignment to maximize the flow of energy in your body, and empower you to learn and experience greater stability,strength, freedom and ease in each pose. Modifications are available for every level using blocks, blankets and straps.  If you like a challenge this class is for you. 

Basic Yoga is a class in which the fundamentals of yoga are introduced and explored. You go slower into the poses working on breath work, alignment for strength and flexibility.  This class will provide strength, flexibility and a peace of mind. 

Gentle Yoga is designed for beginner students, those who would like to go slower and those experiencing illness or injury.  Pre-natal students are welcome to the gentle yoga classes. Emphasis is on breathing, stretching, balancing and strengthening.

All Levels is open to all students focusing on pranayama (breath work), alignment and flexibility.  Props such as blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters are offered as support.  All are welcomed in this class.

Yin Yoga is the practice of staying in a pose for 3 or more minutes to lengthen the connective tissue of the body. This class is great for the joints and tissues. Postures are more passive, mainly on the floor. Yin offers a deep access to the body.

Restorative Yoga renews and restores body and mind. Using props to support the body in reclined poses to relax and heal. Beginners and advanced students are welcomed.  Therapeutic Restorative Yoga adds gentle movements in between the long-held supported poses.

Yin & Restorative blends two beneficial practices in one class. In yin poses, we hold for a few minutes to lengthen and open the connective tissues of the body creating space for energy to reach all of the cells. Then, we move towards relaxing, renewing, balancing through restorative poses using props for support. These practices in one session will make your body feel open and relaxed and your mind will be at ease.

Power Hour is a one-hour yoga practice that will make you feel strong and connected to your breath as you link breathing with movement building internal body energy. It is a rejuvenating practice, great for active-minded students looking for a challenging flow.

High Noon Yoga is a gentle flow class perfect for people who like to practice at 12 noon. It is open to all levels teaching the fundamentals of yoga.
